The next question is how many  times you had intercourse after the surgery and how many times out of these you had bleeding. If it is every time you have intercourse then you need a clinical examination, including a speculum examination. No investigations can help in such cases.

The bleeding after intercourse is unrelated to PCOD or the surgery that you underwent in the month of June The most common reason for bleeding after intercourse or postcoital  bleeding is poor lubrication You can try being well lubricated If the bleeding persists you need to be examined Also you will require a papsmear
