There are many causes of blood in stool but if there is no pain and no other symptoms then it most likely hemorrhoids. For this you can do following
- do not strain at stool
- avoid constipation by high fiber food or stool softner
- do not delay stool
- drink sufficient water
- gentle exercise everyday
- do not sit too long
- prevent anemia due to blood loss by taking iron supplements
- homeopathy can easily treat this
- if excessive bleeding is there then surgical intervention may be required
