Im suffering from blocking nose and it further subdivides into simultaneously sneezing and running nose past 11 months i have tried out many medicines but it doesnt work out..Plesse provide some medicine in order to get fit

You are probably having a deviated nasal septum and sinusitis. This needs further investigation by a CT scan at least and then further treatment can be decided.
