It depends on the reason for blockage. Nasal gland and lacrimal glands are connected. So infection or sticking of walls of tear ducts or some outgrowth are possible reason. For 1st two reason, it's treatment is possible through ayurveda but if any outgrown or trapping of foreign material is there then you have to go eye specialist.
