Is nasoclear nasal spray safe during pregnancy? Can it be used as a substitute for otrivin spray? Please let me know.

Both the sprays are not safe during pregnancy. You can use saline nasal drops and CPM tablets without any problems. You should avoid both the sprays unless it is very necessary
