Blocked nose and breathing difficulty
I get up while sleeping at night with breathlessness and increased heart rate which normalise in 10-15 seconds.
This happens whenever I have blocked nose and throat with little phelgm and cough.
Unable to sleep due to this. Daytime no problem.
