I have been suffering from blocked ears with wax and pain sometimes. I am 8 years old.

You may be having impacted wax inside your ear canal. If present wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist either by suctioning or syringing.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex ear drops to soften the wax so that ENT specialist can remove it easily
