I have problem of blocked nose and flakiness, mostly it's yellowish flakes, and it persists more when wakes up,most of the my nose is very smelly,from past few days I feels breathlessness very easily. Please suggest.

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis..nasal polyp should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
