I was exposed to mould on wall for 15days. Developed allergy to that with blocked nose, runny nose and sneezing. Took treatments but the allergy keeps coming back. Is there any medicine I should take to relive this allergy. Having your nose blocked for days is very tiring and irritating. I do take steam regularly, thrice a day.

There is no permanent treatment for allergies. But you can always take precautions. You can cover your nose while working. And you will need to have to start local steroidal sprays for your nose.
