Hii
I am 28 years old...
I am a south indian who has been habituated to eat rice from childhood. Presently, i live in a city where rice which I used to eat is not available.
From past 6 months, I have tried different types of rice but everytime I eat, i felt my stomach gets bloated and there is something in my stomach. Even my weight and belly fat is increased and it is being very difficult for me to bend. I am not having physical exercise.
Please suggest me with some physical exercise and any medication required along with diet plans

Difficult question to answer by tele-consultation. Please consult a General Physician or a Dietitian in your area. Since you can't even bend your back you should join a Gym for 2-3 months.
