Bloating problem pls help
Hi we had unprotected sex on 20th and 21st day since we are planning for pregnancy. I got bloating after that is there a issue or nothing to worry ? Also I get 30 days cycle so when Is the Best day to have sex if I had to get pregnant.

The reason fr bloating is something wrong that u hv eaten
Avoid spicy n fried food
Walk after each meal
Small frequent meal will help
Day 8 to 18 counting from day one of the periods wud be ur fertile period
Plan intercourse alternate days during this time

Fertile period is between 12 day to 16 day of cycle. You can track ovulation with mobile app or kit available at pharmacy
