Bloating gas and acidity before period
Hi..am experiencing severe bloating, gas and acidity before period. Starting 10 days before period and gradually increasing. Also feeling more anxious sad and weak. Dizziness is also there. Whatever am eating am feeling very full. Please suggest what to do.

These are premenstrual symptoms . It’s normal unless they affect your day to day activities. Start with basic things -yoga ,meditation,avoid chocolate and salty foods , listen to music . If still not controlled , then next step pills will be required
