Bloating and weight gain
Hi, I am a 24 year old IT professional. I have been gaining weight very rapidly down the years due to my profession. I keep my diet very minimal, and also have tried fasting once a week and doing free hand exercises for at least half an hour per day. But no matter what little portions I eat, I seem to bloat very easily. Also, the weight gain remains constant even if I eat homemade food. I wish to become slim again. Please help me.
