I have bloating and gastric issue with me from past 3 years . I have taken some treatments which includes 2-3 months medication like pentop and pro biotic. It works for till you are taking medicine after that again it starts ... please let me a permanent fix of it Thanks Hari

Avoid oily spicy food alcohol smoking and weight control... any usg abdomen and endoscopy done if not go for it
