Hi,
I do have sensitive stomach and need preventive consultation for the same to avoid any major illness in the future.
Even slight issues of stomach makes me low in my energy.

Need to be watchful of the foods that cause the symptoms. Avoid milk and milk products for a while until the gut normalisation happens. Avoid beverages like coffee and tea and not to eat spicy and oily foods. Timely intake of food is very crucial. Take more of high fibre foods in diet like green leafy vegetables.
