Its been 2 months that I'hv started feeling a bloated stomach. It feels like something is pushing my stomach outwards and it no longer appears flat after tucking my shirt. Mild constipation is also present. I'hv started taking whey protein supple in these 2 months coz I do gyming and I drink alcohol 1-2 times a month.
