Bloated stomach

I have a feeling of bloated stomach after my meals or after eating something for a few days now. I am a corporate employee so majorly have a sitting job. I have been feeling some kind of stiffness also in the stomach. And a lower back pain also which gives me a problem in walking as well.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. This problem is common with people with people who eat irregularly and have mostly a sitting job. you will need to make some lifestyle changes. Kindly have your food on time. Instead of three full meals, have 5 smaller meals. out of the 5 smaller meals, let 2 be completely of fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water. Take frequent breaks from sitting and walk around for 2 minutes. do not sleep immediately after dinner. ideally there should be at least 2-3 hours of gap between food and sleep. take a capsule pan-L once a day half an hour before food. avoid oily and spicy foods. Hi there..looks like you could be suffering from gastritis. You need to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, tea, coffee, sweets, sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. You can take pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.

Hello ,Sitting at the desk, can give u backache, also lack of moments n lack of any physical exercise can give u bloated stomach.If u r wearing high heel that can also cause backache.Avoid deep fried n junk food.eat more of greens n fruits.drink more water.Lear some exercise in yoga for backache ,like Bhujang asan, shalbhasan, dhanurasan.For yr stomach problem there r some asanas in yoga.so consult any yoga expert.
