Bloated stomach
I am having bloated stomach from last 2-3 days. Having sensation to pass the gas and stool but actually not so. Stomach became hard on the upper portion and taken digene yesterday night and today too. I am staying alone. Here and having my meals outside that might be the possible reason behind this but am unable to figure out the exact one. Please advise the diet intake to get rid of this problem which​ would be easily available in the market or easy to cook for a learner. Waiting for your response.

Hello..... All market products are added with preservatives, it's better  to cook  at home itself.. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish  .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small  meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner ....
