Hi , bloating could be due to multiple reasons including your dietary choices , lifestyle and sleep pattern. Very important is to keep yourself hydrated and avoid food items in your diet which causes  bloating. Eg -  some people  get relief when they avoid or consume less wheat,  dairy products,certain dry fruits , cauliflower etc However this needs thorough history and evaluation.
