Asked for Male, 29 Years

My son is 3 years old.Suddenly he has suffering from fever 3 days ago.101F and the fever come down self we dont give any medicine. The next day we saw many blister on his hand ,palm,feet, leg, few in back side ,forehead and very few in mouth. Always fever under 100 F in his forehead and other parts of body is normal. Please suggest me how can I cure him. He often says his belly is paining. Please help me. Image also send. Please see the picture.
