Blighted Ovum Pregnancy
I have to abort due to anembroynic pregnancy. Test scan attached. As suggested by my gynac- took 400mg misoprostol tablet on sunday morning, and 400 mg in the evening. Bleeding started after that. Bleeding was light and had passed 3-4 small clots. Bleeding stopped in a while. Then after discussing same with gynac, took 400mg misoprostol again on tuesday. I bleed after 5 hrs once and that too was light bleeding with 1 big clot. Had terrible pain that day. Since then brown spotting is continuing and some yellow brown discharge is coming out on wiping. Now i have to again go for TVS scan, should i get the scan now or should i wait for 2-3 day as i am still passing discharge? Fyi- my gynac did not suggested mifepristone. What do you all suggest should I take more misoprostol? Or Should wait for more 2-3 day as still discharging? Or if its nốt bleeding and it is incomplete abortion and get TVS right now?

If there is no bleeding ,USG suggestive of fibroid also go for TVS again for confirmation of completion of abortion , you should start antibiotics for discharge
