My right eye is swollen and there are crust-like white patches growing on the outer corner of my eye. I assumed it was conjunctivitis because I’ve had it before, however this time it’s 10x redder and more swollen and more painful. The pain isn’t in my actual eye, more like my eyelids. My eye isn’t itchy and doesn’t bother me, it’s just the patches on my eye that burn and are dry if I don’t put my Erythromycin on it. I also used eye drops 3x a day. I’m not sure if this is blepharitis or not.

Most likely you have blepharitis. This is more difficult to eradicate than conjunctivitis so you should persist With the treatment even if you are better for at least 3 months Maskati Eye Clinic situated opp. Charni Rd. Station , Mumbai
