Bleeding while pooping
Two days back I had hard stools and after that experiencing blood in stool and bleeding sometime while peeing.I had c section one month back. Will this be a anal fissure. I don't have much pain. Just that anal area feels uncomfortable and slight pain while passing stool and after. No fever vomiting etc. shall I wait for a few more days and see if it is resolved. Bleeding is like 3 to 4 drops not heavy.
