get a basic usg done that would remove all doubts. weakness and tired feeling is always there in pregnancy because though the patient sleeps the body is still working all the time in pregnancy

You take homoeo med Sepia 30 3 times in a day. For 3 days. Bleeding will stop.

Hi, if bleeding in pregnancy,  meet gynaecologist immediately. So that Ultrasound to be done urgently and treatment accordingly.

Dear Practo user, Get Obstetric ultrasound done. Only after that, some suggestions can be given. In case pregnancy related investigations have not been done, get them done. That requires consultation by Obstetrician. She/ he will guide about further management.
