Bleeding like periods
I am 48 years old female,  name Gajalakshmi, for the past 4 months my menstrual cycle is not correct. Last month instead of vaginal secretion like mucus, i got bleeding, and this month also instead of vaginal discharge mucus, I got bleeding, since it is lasting for 5 days I am bit worried, kindly any gyne doctors help me what medicines to have
