Bleeding in stool

When I stool, sometime fresh bleed occurs. This happens for four to five days in a month. Please advice me the best treatment without going for any surgery. Thanks.

Hello there. Is there pain or any constipation like feeling? Drink lots of water. Avoid oily and spicy foods, have curd and buttermilk. Have high fiber diet. Don't strain for stools. Consult a surgeon for further help. Regards
