Bleeding in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello doctors, im 17 week pregnant.. Before 2-3 days i did ultrasound, the baby is doing well... Today sudden i got red bleeding while using washroom... I dont have any pain. Im very much tensed.. What could be the reason??
