Dear Doc my daughter is getting often bleedingnkn her left nostrils from past 2 weeks Kindly suggest what we need to do

It's because off usually nose pick and dry and hot weather. Pinched the nose for 3 to 5 min with sneezing position and once bleeding stop then start Nasivion nasal drops Still recurrent review with nearest paediatrician

Possible causes - nose picking, dry air, colds

If drops of blood dripping, sit upright with head tilted forward, apply pressure, cold compress, nasivion pediatric nasal drops. Saline drops for dry air

Could be because of summers Ask to avoid nose picking Can use botroclot drops and pinch the nose for around 1-2 with face leaning forward while it bleeds and ask to breathe from mouth Take ent opinion to look for some local cause

It's known to occur during summer time. Make the child sit forward in "sniffing position". You can use cold compression without applying too much pressure Keep your child well hydrated You should tell your child not to pick her nose
