Bleeding gums
My Mouth smells very bad at times and there is bleeding from my gums while brushing. can u kindly suggest something.

Bleeding for gums can be scary but dnt wry it's just bcz Ur gums are infected due to the food deposits that gets struck n btwn teeth and bacteria acts on these food deposits which is infecting the gums.so those deposits shd be removed,for that u shd meet Ur doc and he will do a normal tooth cleaning which is a complete pianles or injectnless procedure.idealy cleaning hv to be done once in 6 months.

Visit a dentist and get your teeth cleaned atleast once a year. Bleeding gums are generally due to tartar accumulation. Eat good food, Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Your symptoms are indicative of gingivitis or periodontitis which is inflammation of the gums due to deposits called as calculus. These deposits cannot be removed by toothbrushing and will require professional cleaning by a procedure called as scaling. Try to schedule an appointment with your dentist for the same as soon as possible.
It will not only improve the problem of bad breath but also improve your gum health drastically. Delaying the treatment can cause the symptoms to aggravate and may even cause Irreversible damage to the supporting bone.
