To help manage this issue, I recommend maintaining good oral hygiene practices: brush your teeth at least twice a day using the correct brushing technique, use mouthwash as directed, and visit your dentist every six months for a thorough checkup and cleaning.
Additionally, warm saline rinses twice daily can be beneficial. Regular dental care can help prevent and address potential problems, keeping your breath fresh and your smile healthy. By following these guidelines, you can take proactive steps towards optimal oral health.
