Sir my 2 years old daughter suffering from cold , bleeding from nose one time this happend after 15 days repeat is it any serious problem ?

Most probably it's because of crusting or minimal trauma to the septum in littles area. Get an ENT SURGEONS consultation to rule out any pathology.
