Bleeding from mouth
Since past two weeks , whenever I'm washing my face ,I'm getting blood in my mouth and blood tinged saliva .Twice there was blood with saliva without any cause , during the day .
What can be the reason ? Anything serious?

Washing face is most probably unrelated to blood in your mouth. This may only be coincidental, as you tend to spit during the process.
This condition is known as hemoptysis and there can be multiple causes associated with it including both local and systemic. Unfortunately, due to lack of complete clinical history it would be impossible to make a diagnosis and suggest treatment.
