Bleeding after taking Tab Deviry

Hi Dr, My periods were delayed for 14 days. My gynac advised me to take Tab Deviry for 5 days twice a day along with Tab MetPco Care once a day. But just within 2 days of taking these medicine, I had bleeding yesterday and cramps. The discharge is not like fresh blood. Should i continue taking Deviry and complete the entire 5 day course or should i stop it?
