Bleeding after sex or in between period
I had my c section 1.5 yrs befire. and my period started fr last 8 month. i usually noticed sudden period like bleeding for 5mins in between period once in a month and today i noticed after intercourse bleeding. just after 4hrs of intercourse. feeling some uneasyness in pelvic area also. although the bleeding is stoped now. according to local gyno advice i have done pap smear and tvs test last november. the result is attached here. what is the cause of after sex bleeding. does istamocele can create this.

Isthemocoele is not the reason for this bleeding
You need investigations to find out the reason meet a doctor in person
go for a perspecular examination to rule out erosion cervix
