BLEEDING AFTER MIFEPROSTONE BEFORE D-3
After consultation, I was prescribed to take mifepristone n misprostol. Yesterday I have taken mifepristone and today I'm bleeding. I was told that on day 3 after taking misprostol vaginally I'll bleed . But I ve started bleeding on day 2 before taking misprostol itself. Is this expected or is this the missed periods that have come late? Should I take misprostol tomo which is day 3?

You said that you have taken Mifepristone "after consultation". If that be so, please consult the same Doctor who prescribed Mifepristone for you. Generally the patients don't bleed after Mifepristone alone. But it's not a 100% foolproof statement.  Maybe you have reached the stage where pregnancy may be expelled soon. So please go to the same Doctor whom you had consulted earlier.

You would have been prescribed these medicines only if you were pregnant. Yes finish the course of medicines as prescribed to you.
