I have kidney disease and I have a bladder problem so we can transplant kindey or not please let me know what is the reason

It depends on the cause for your kidney failure, of bladder was the cause, it's needs to be addressed before doing anything related to transplant. Best method to assess your bladder is by micturating cystourethrogram MCU or cystoscopy. Urodynamic assessment of bladder might also be needed.
