Bladder pain
Hello Doctors, My friend is 34 yrs old . She is having too much bladder pain(below the navel) and back ache with burning sensation in urine past ten days. Kindly advise. Thnx n regards

This is most likely a case of urinary tract infection. Before starting on antibiotics you need to get a urine culture and sensitivity done to provide the most accurate diagnosis and streamline the antimicrobial therapy. Also an ultrasound abdomen can be considered if symptoms don't subside.

It is urinary tract infection... She needs course of antibiotic at least for 7 days And  orally urinary alkalising agent.. Ultrasonography  will be needed  to rule out kidney stone
