Diagnosed with well distended and tiny echo genic foci of Size 2.5mm in lumen of gall bladder and two to three tiny echo genic foci in bilateral kidney (largest of size 2.7 mm in right pc system and 3 mm in left pc system)

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I believe you have posted this question for the second time. Anyways, You have to make specific diet changes. 1. Drink lots of water. 2. Avoid foods that cause kidney stones. You can look up the list by searching on google. 3. Avoid oily and spicy foods and also have a salt and augar restricted diet.
