I was having a slight pain in the left side of Lowe back behind so thought could be a
liver issue so decided to get ultrasound done. Tiny hyperechoic foci measuring 2 to 3 mm were found biggest 3.9 mm in the middle. Doc who examined asked if I do weights and take suppliments and asked me to stop for a while. I got my
lft and lft done and everything was normal. I researched a lot and found out whey protein could have little to do with stones but pre work outs can turn into oxalic stones which could deposit in liver. Is there anything to worry about? Examiner said it will pass with urine take ample water.
