I am attaching a picture of my father's oral cavity. Please tell me what is that blackish big mole like thing. It is painless. On applying pressure, a bit of blood is coming out Can it be cured? Whom should I consult?

Hello It may be some vascular tumor which are usually benign and treatable. Or it may be due to some trauma..

Hi looks like he had a cheek bite ( unknowingly bit his cheek) that led to blood clot there which is called hematoma. It should resolve by itself within a few days to weeks .

It may be a hematoma( a blood clot by cheekbite). Or it may be hemangioma or other local tumor like condition since there is erythema around the lesion.
