Black Ulcer type spots on tounge

There are some ulcer types spot on my mother's tounge. She is also feeling little pain in it . She also feels normal food spicy. She is also suffering form heartburn. Kindly suggest what is it.

It seems normal. However since she feels spicy food please consult a dentist to check it out. It can also be related to heartburn. Please consult a gastroenterologist for that problem
