Dear sir,
I'm getting tiny tiny flat lesions in stomach and it has got more in numbers recent days. Kindly let me know if they can be cured or it doesn't go away.

These r skin tags or seborrheic keratosis,. These r common skin growths. People tend to get more of them as they get older. Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan. The growths look waxy, scaly and slightly raised. and will have to get them removed. They can occur coz of wright gain or if ur genetically predisposed to developing them.They can be removed with Electrocautery. Creams wont help in removing them. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
