Black Stool
I had 2 blueberry breezer and 3 small whiskey pegs last night and also taking multivitamins aswell in the daytime, everyday. In the morning I noticed my stool is blackish in color, it's not tarry but normal neither I'm facing any digestive issue right now. Should I be worried ?

if it is one time occurrence it will be fine after some time with antacids (ppi) and diet modification but if it is chronic phenomenon you will need proper investigations to pin point the source of bleeding avoid spicy and oily food abstain from alcohol(if you must take it then don’t drink empty stomach as it could lead to gastritis ulcers and mallory weiss tear. drink plenty of water
