Black spots on neck line
When I noticed these black spots (looked more like stubborn dirt), I tried to rub them off with regular soap and bath. But they don't seem to leave neither lighten up. The marks looks like my neck was exposed to dirt and pollution for a long time.
Any tip is really appreciated.

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
