Black spots on faces

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello, My wife is suffering from minute black spots over her face, as if after pimples they dry Up leaving a black spot. She tried to consult a doctor in Apollo but No such outcome. So I would request you please suggest what active measures can be taken over such dark spots. Please advise
