Asked for Female, 24 Years

My age is 24 few months back I found black colour spot between my eyebrows gradually it started increasing in round size later I found same color spots corners of my mouth and below mouth I am unable to attend any function i used many creams later I started using Safi but no use. Please kindly suggest me medicines to get rid of them
