Black spots
I have lots of black spots on my face and shoulder. Whenever any foreign particle hits my skin, a small and tiny black pimple appears. That pimple never burst but slowly converts into spot which last forever.
I am also worried about my complexion which is getting dusky day by day and also getting even.
And also I have lot of facial hairs.
Just to be clear I don't have any hormonal issues or any other medical issues.
I have consulted many time with doctors . All the medicines given works for 15-20 days, then results are zero.
Kindly help me
