Caused black spots from under arms to the middle of the chest...no itching , no pain,no sensation..but the marks appearance is too bright to visible

Hi... It's difficult to comment without seeing... Can be fungal infection.. I think u must visit dermatologist asap  otherwise it will spread on whole body
