Hi,
Yes derma rollers are used for scars and spots in combination with other treatments like PRP or peels.
You need to take about 6 to 8 sessions at an interval of 6 weeks. You will start noticing a difference in texture first followed by reduction in scars after 2nd session.
In all its a treatment which spas over 6 to 8 months.
