Black spot and itching below belly

Asked for Male, 22 Years

First i had some itching below belly and after tried many creams but no effect on it and because of it the skin color changed from white to red and then black but it started spreading all over my hips and ass. I consulted many doctors but the reults is till until the medicines are consumed.
